Instagram promises to fix the outage as fast as possible
It’s still not clear and Facebook hasn't yet released any reports as to what caused the outage, the social networks' servers seems to go down at around 1:10 A.M., ET (2:10 P.M. in Manila).
Facebook users experience the same issue back in September, where the social network went down twice that month. The most recent outage lasted about 15 minutes.

However, Facebook’s wholly-owned mobile messaging service WhatsApp is running-smoothly as usual.

Facebook still have yet to comment on the outage happened.

Developing Story.
